  • 3 oz apple cider Chilled
  • 3 oz prosecco Chilled
  • 1 oz sparkling water
  • 1 Ice
  • 1 thin apple slice
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour in Aperol and apple cider.
  3. Top with prosecco and sparkling water.
  4. Stir gently once to combine.
Garnish and serve
  1. Garnish with the apple slice and cinnamon stick—serve.

Notes

For the crispest flavor, chill the apple cider and prosecco until cold before mixing so the spritz stays bright longer as the ice melts. Refrigerate any leftover mix separately (or make fresh); do not freeze. Dietary swap: use a lower-sugar prosecco if you prefer a lighter finish.
